Customer support tickets,
built into your app.
HelpZeno gives your product a ready support layer: your app sends tickets through the API, your team answers from a focused inbox, and your backend receives signed webhooks when conversations change.
A focused support workflow for real products
Enough structure for a support team, simple enough to connect from an app without building a helpdesk from scratch.
Threaded conversations
Each ticket is a full conversation between the user and your team, with private internal notes for agents.
Attachments built in
Users can send screenshots, short recordings, or logs. Files are served back through signed, expiring URLs.
Status & priority workflow
Tickets move through clear states, and agents can mark priority so urgent customer issues are easy to find.
Automatic translation
Incoming tickets get their language detected automatically. Agents can read and reply in their own language.
Unread counts & read receipts
Your app can show unread-message counts and let users mark conversations as read.
Signed outbound webhooks
Your backend receives signed events when an agent replies or a ticket status changes.
See it in action
Real screens, not mockups — the team inbox your agents work in and the portal your clients get.
Every ticket from all your apps in one place — status, priority, and the user's language detected automatically.
The full conversation with device context alongside; replies reach the user in their own language.
Your clients get a portal of their own: usage, billing, API keys and a getting-started checklist.
How customers get live
Create your project
Sign up, choose a plan, and create a project for the app you want to connect. The project is isolated with its own tickets, users, API key, webhooks, and subscription.
Connect the API
Your app authenticates every request with X-Api-Key and an X-User-Id identifying who's asking — no separate user accounts to manage on our side.
Reply and keep your app in sync
Your team handles conversations from the support inbox. Replies and status changes can trigger signed webhooks so your app can notify users or update its own records.
Full request/response reference, error codes, and webhook payloads: API Docs.
Pricing
Start with the plan that matches your ticket volume. Paid subscriptions are completed securely through Stripe Checkout.
Running low? One-time add-ons — extra tickets and project slots from $5 — are available right from your dashboard, no plan change needed.
